Education continues to be the hope for millions of young people around the world. Quality education unfortunately is only the reality for a relatively small number of young people around the world. Yet billions of dollars are spent every year on practices that are at times often wasteful, inefficient and in some cases even stifle youthful creativity and curiosity. Educators need to do more to provide learning experiences that turn that youthful hope into reality. Excellence in Education 2012 has assembled a distinguished group of innovative educators to share their ideas and enthusiasm and build a network of educators that are passionate about doing it better.
